Multifunctional Insulating Glazing

GlasAktiv offers insulating glass with integrated systems for regulating blinds, sun and glare protection, as well as daylight control, on request with the necessary control technology:

• Insulating glass with manually or electrically controlled blinds fitted between the panes for window and façade glazing
• Insulating glass with electrically controlled roller blinds fitted between the panes for glass windows, façades and roofing.
• Insulating glass with electrically controlled daylight control systems fitted between the panes

The various features which are normally dealt with by two separate systems are brought together here in one compact solution. By fitting these elements between the insulating glass panes long-term unimpaired functionality can be guaranteed, since external influences such as wind or dirt cannot come into contact with the blind or film systems.
